Shipping Within Canada

Shipping Costs within Canada (based on total order value)

  • Canada Post Expedited Parcel (Includes Tracking): Based on Total order weight
  • Canada Post Xpresspost (includes Tracking): Based on Total order weight
  • Canada Post Priority Courier (Includes Tracking): Based on Total order weight

Order Processing:

  • We ship from Ottawa, ON
  • We process orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for information.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@trimitall.ca We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
  • We use Canada Post. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Can you ship all items?

  • The short answer is No. We are unable to ship big items such all doors, mouldings, baseboards, casing, closet shelves and crown moulding. We do offer home delivery and in-store pick-up. Please see details below.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

International Shipping

Sorry, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Canada.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@trimitall.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $1000 pre-tax within a range of 75km from our location (must be located in Ontario). For orders between 250-999$ pre-tax, we charge $75 for local delivery. If you are not in our delivery range, you can call the office to determine if we can accommodate. 

Deliveries are made from 8AM-4PM on weekdays. We will contact you via phone call or text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Our Company can not ship to the province of Quebec. You are more than welcome use other alternatives.

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 4-1550 Liverpool Court, Ottawa ON, K1B 4L2. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 7:30AM to 4:00PM on weekdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@trimitall.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
